§ 01 Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" means the ss888 website accessible at ss888.today, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications made available by ss888.

"Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform, through which you access real-money gaming services.

"Services" means all gaming, betting, and ancillary services offered by ss888, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, sports betting, virtual sports, and promotional activities.

"PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which ss888 accounts are denominated for Pakistani players.

In these Terms, references to a "person" include any individual. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

§ 02 Eligibility and Account Registration

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name as per your CNIC, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and truthful.

ss888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within the timeframe specified by ss888 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ss888 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

§ 03 Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

ss888 operates under an international gaming licence that imposes mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations on the Operator. By registering an account, you consent to ss888 conducting identity, age, and source-of-funds verification at any time during your account lifecycle.

Standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides) — primary identity and age verification document.
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence matching your registered address).
• Payment method verification — screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits.

§ 04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold may be declined.
• Name matching: The name on your ss888 account must match the name registered on the payment account used for deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payments — where the funding source belongs to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will be flagged under ss888's AML policy.
• Processing times: Deposit methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast typically process instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawal processing commences within 4 hours of approval and is typically completed within 24 hours, subject to the payment method used.
• Fees: ss888 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ss888 accepts no liability.
• Currency: ss888 accounts are denominated in PKR only. Crypto deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.

ss888 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms, or as required by the Operator's regulatory obligations.

§ 05 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ss888 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless explicitly superseded by the specific terms of an individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits during bonus play, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in each individual bonus offer page.
• ss888 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus funds where evidence exists of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to exhaust wagering requirements with minimal risk, multi-accounting to claim the same bonus multiple times, or collusion with other players.
• Where a bonus is cancelled or forfeited, any winnings derived from that bonus are also forfeited. Any deposited funds used in bonus play prior to forfeiture may, at ss888's discretion, be restored to the cash balance.
• Bonus offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.

§ 06 Gaming Rules and Conduct

Your use of the ss888 gaming platform is governed by the following conduct rules in addition to the game-specific rules applicable to each game title:

• You must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or method that provides you with an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, card-counting software, or live stream delay exploitation.
• You must not participate in any form of collusion with other players — including coordinating bets in live poker or similar games — in a manner that disadvantages ss888 or other players.
• You must not exploit any software bug, error, or glitch that results in incorrect game outcomes or pricing. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a known error will be voided.
• You accept that the outcome of all RNG-based games is determined by a certified random number generator and that ss888 has no ability to alter outcomes after the game round has been initiated.
• For live casino games, the decisions of the live dealer are final subject to the procedures of the game studio providing the table. Disputes relating to live game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the game round in question.
• ss888 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed based on information ss888 determines constitutes cheating, inside information, or manipulation of the relevant event or game.

§ 07 Sports Betting Rules

The following terms apply specifically to sports betting activities on ss888, including cricket betting, PSL markets, international sports, and all other betting markets offered by the Platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only when ss888 confirms it and a transaction reference is issued. Bets placed during system downtime or connectivity interruptions may not be recorded and ss888 accepts no liability for such losses.
• Odds changes: In-play odds change in real time. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed, not the odds at the moment you initiated the bet placement process.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, ss888's settlement rules for that event category apply. Generally, bets on cricket matches that do not complete the required minimum number of overs are settled as void unless the market was already settled at the time of abandonment.
• Maximum bet limits: ss888 applies maximum bet limits per market and per event, which may vary by sport, competition, and player account tier. ss888 reserves the right to restrict bet sizes for individual players without notice.
• Obvious errors: Bets placed at prices that are manifestly erroneous — including pricing errors, feed errors, or human data entry mistakes — may be voided by ss888 at its sole discretion, regardless of whether they have been settled.

§ 08 Account Suspension and Termination

ss888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account and withhold or void any balance in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ss888.
• Evidence of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity, whether relating to ss888 accounts directly or to the source of deposited funds.
• Multi-accounting — operation of more than one ss888 account by the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation as described in Section 5.
• Chargebacks initiated on ss888 transactions without first raising the matter through ss888's dispute resolution process.
• Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour directed at ss888 staff or other players.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be withheld pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, forfeited. ss888's decision in such matters is final subject to the formal complaints process in Section 14.

§ 09 Responsible Gaming Obligations

ss888 is committed to responsible gambling and player protection. The following responsible gaming obligations apply to all accounts:

• Players must not use the ss888 platform as a means of financial relief or as a source of income. Gaming should be treated as entertainment only.
• Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in the account dashboard — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion — to manage their activity.

§ 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ss888 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, audio, video, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — is owned by or licensed to ss888 and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ss888 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any ss888 content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the platform.
• Using ss888 trademarks, logos, or branding in any context without prior written authorisation.
• Scraping, data-mining, or using automated tools to extract content or data from the platform.

§ 12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ss888's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — including any loss of winnings — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ss888 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, howsoever caused.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside ss888's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, Pakistani ISP restrictions, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Game outcomes, which are determined by certified RNG or real-world events beyond ss888's control.

Nothing in these Terms limits ss888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

§ 13 Amendments to These Terms

ss888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the mobile number or email address associated with their account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the ss888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date. Any balance remaining in a closed account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal rules in Section 4.

§ 14 Disputes and Complaints

ss888 operates a formal dispute resolution process for all complaints arising from your use of the platform. The process operates as follows:

• Step 2 — Internal review: ss888 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days. Complex cases may require up to 14 business days.

Sports bet disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the bet settlement. Live casino game disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the game round. Disputes raised outside these windows may not be investigated due to the limited retention period of game logs.

§ 15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ss888 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the complaint process described in Section 14.

Nothing in this section prevents ss888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where required to protect its legitimate interests, including in relation to intellectual property rights or suspected fraud.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
